Orders
All
orders will be shipped within 48 hours when stock are avaliable.
All back orders will be automatically
shipped to the buyer when stock become avaliable unless otherwise advised by
the buyer in writing.
The default shipping method is UPS Ground
Service for USA and UPS World Express for other countries unless
otherwise requested.
Laws and Taxes
The
buyer is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations, Federal,
State and Local Authorities that govern the purchase and resale of the
products.
Any local duties or sales tax payable on
importation or during the receipt of the goods will be the responsibility of
the buyer.
Goods are mainly shipped from the State of
California, USA
Claims
The
seller's responsibility for the goods shipped via common carrier ceases upon
delivery of the order to the carrier.
All claims for losses, damages or shortages
must be reported within five working days after the receipt of the
merchandise. Notification to be email to: care.online@xtra.co.nz
A claim must also be lodged with the
carrier.
The seller will assist in the supplying of
the necessary information for the submission of the claim.
Returns &
Refused Shipment
A restocking fees of 20% will be
charged for all returned items or refused shipments. The buyer will also be
responsible for the payment of the shipping cost for the return.
